In my head, I still think I’m 23 years old, but I’m actually turning 30 tomorrow! As I’ve been reflecting on the first 30 years of my life, I’ve realized it’s even better than I could’ve imagined when I was younger.
I’m celebrating the past decade since it’s been one of huge growth, transformation, exploration, and a lot of fun. However, I’m also embracing this new decade of my life and I’m really excited for it because, in the words of Abraham Hicks, “The better it gets, the better it gets.”
In this episode, I would like to share some words of wisdom that I would tell my younger self if I could and I hope they’ll resonate with you as well. So, grab your alignment drink and let’s get started!

What I would tell my younger self she should have been doing instead of focusing on getting perfect grades in school
The advice I ignored when I was younger that I would be sure to tell myself again
The recent struggles I’ve experienced that I would make sure my younger self knew to avoid
